The All-Ukrainian Student Programming Olympiad is a component of the world championship selection competition and is held according to the rules agreed with it (http://icpc.baylor.edu/). Each team consists of three members. To solve 13 problems of varying complexity, presented in Ukrainian and English, the teams are given one computer and 5 hours. Programming languages at the II stage of the Olympiad are: C, C++, Java, python. The use of auxiliary sources of information or electronic devices is prohibited. The solutions are checked automatically through the online ejudge olympiad system.
55 teams from the Northern region of 28 educational institutions, including 18 universities, 5 colleges and 5 schools, were registered for the second stage of the All-Ukrainian student programming Olympiad. Students of Chernihiv Technological, Sumy State, Zhytomyr Technological Universities, Zhytomyr University named after Franko, Kyiv University named after T. Shevchenko, National Technical University (KPI), National University of Bioresources and Nature Management, National Aviation University, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and others, as well as 8 schools of Chernihiv, Zhytomyr and Kyiv, which became winners in the 1st stage, today competed for the right to participate in the final of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad, which is also the semi-final of the world championship.
